I ordered medicine for my mother and given a delivery date of 11th October 2018( 2 days after order). Today is 12th October and they have not yet shipped the medicines. When I try to contact customer support, there is no response, I tried to contact there whatsapp support, they keep saying they will deliver but can't confirm delivery date now even of 12th October.
I hope they understand they are selling medicines and not other household items.
