I ordered a few meds on 14th Sept. They split the order in three shipments. Why, when they claim to be fast and omnipresent- even delivering in the middle of nowhere?! Delivered one med on 15th, two injections on 16th Sept. As on date of writing this, I still await for delivery of three meds required for a paralyzed person. The status on login(which I did at least 20 times a day) is static.processing not shipped yet! On calling customer care number twice(btw it was so difficult to get the number itself and chat agent does not come on line), I am given another 24-48 hours and a promise that my complaint has been raised to priority team. Netmeds is a lying fraudulent company employing itsy bitsy actor to make false promises to gullible public and caring two hoots about the patients. Their 100% cashback scheme itself speaks volumes about their fraudulent nature. Terrible, utterly useless, frustrating, dodgy, shady and evil! This company will(should) fall by the roadside soon if it does not change the essence(of cheating), improve intentions & delivery capability and drop such horrible advert stars.
