My CRN number is 000881115.
I purchased a hosting on 3rd May 2017. For the whole day I spent my time in setting up the Database. It was very very very slow. I called them, and their customer service was very poor and rude.
The next day my client moved away from me because of the Net4's hosting and their service. So I called Net4 on the very next day 4th May 2017 and told to cancel and asked for refund. They said okay the hosting will be cancelled and refund will be decided by finance team.
After that I called them thrice, they told me to wait as they dint get any updates from finance team. My 1034 is gone.! Net4 is just a group of gundas who eat pple money
Now I have paid Rs.1034. I definitely need refund for this.
