It was my worst online shopping experience and seriously I was not gonna shoping anymore. They just cheat by sending low quality products where as they show some interesting products show cheap rate. They must need to know that its a fraud business.
They promise for exchange/ refund. Nobody should go for it unless wanted to be cheated. They dont change any product . I Will hardly try to shop online after this horrible experience. They must be reported to government. Once I ordered an dual sim mobile from Ncarry.com after a period of one month they delivered me a parcel that was empty and it contains only rubbish papers. Whats that rubbish. Is this any kind of joke. I made a call to their Customer care and I told them what was happened.
They just ignored and They told me to send me the courier details. But I am sure that they were cheaters. People from rural areas were getting cheated by them mostly. I feel that has to be banned. its need to take an action against them.
