I have ordered a few times from NB and the only complaint I used to have was that some of the items booked and paid for were not delivered. This was until 11th June 2020 when the order was not delivered at all and by evening I received an SMS stating that it has been delivered. And no call from their delivery boy either. Just to put this behaviour in the proper perspective, doorstep delivery is not barred for me and I receive stuff from Amazon, Flipkart and BigBasket almost daily,
I have written several mails since to their customer care without even an acknowledgement. I have also called several times only to be disconnected after 1 minute saying that all their executives are busy and they will get back to me. It's terribly frustrating to be having to deal with such incompetence and wasting one's time.
I think customers deserve better and if NB cannot offer quick redressal, they should close their online business. At least, till they can put their act together in Mumbai.
I am waiting for my refund to show up but I doubt it will anytime soon. Till then, I presume they have simply stolen my money.
