Recently I ordered grinder from Naaptol but they deliver me a juicer, I called Naaptol customer service but they didn't pick up my call but after three days they pick my call and I tell him about wrong delivery , but their representative said they can't do anything about that. they said we deliver what you order. I must say that their customer service is very worst .
About the product quality , it's totally made up of cheap quality and it doesn't work very well.
Delivery timeliness was good, they deliver me within 3 days from my order.
About app and website , I never use that but I think its good.
About the reliability you can't reliable on Naaptol they provide very worst quality product at high prices.stay away from them.
