I was deeply upset with the servicing and facilities at myntra. I am shocked that they are loved and ranked among the top best in online shopping. I had placed an order for a pair of jeans more than 2 weeks before I left for my holiday. While I checked their delivery details, it said 3-4 business days. After waiting a week I called up the customer care to track me parcel, for which I was pushed around for another 5 days saying that it has reached the destination and will delivered to the address soon, which until the 7th day dint happen and I received a mail saying that the order has been cancelled. I spent the next 5 hours trying to figure out who and why was my order cancelled for which the truth is still not out. While one customer care representative said the product was not available hence it was cancelled(which is not possible because how was my order confirmed in the first place) and the second customer care representative that said due to rain it has been cancelled( it rained twice in 5 days) and at the end they said place another order and we will deliver it.
I dont trust this website that much since that incident because if they can cancel orders on your behalf without even notifying you or asking I am sure they will be able to order and use your card details which are saved with them. PLEASE BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL
