By far my experience with myntra had been a mixed one at times products are good and at times faulty. That is not the biggest problem. The real problem starts when the goods are faulty. The customer care cell is way lousy and do not heed to your problem at once. They take a lot of time.
Once I ordered a pair of jeans from myntra for my
daughter for her birthday from a well renowned brand but it was a damaged one- color faded . So I asked them to take it back and replace it. But they took so much time that I was frustrated and decided to complaint about them being so lazy and slow. But nothing was fruitful. Everyone there seems to be the same.
So better be cautious and careful while purchasing from myntra.
