Request you all to be care full when you are mainly paying the fees for the Tax e-filling in myITRetun.com. Their payment gateway is not safe. I had paid the filling charges through my ICICI debit card. It was successful. The problem started when they started deducting the fee amount through auto debit every month from my ICICI account, This became recurring issue and nearly for 4 months amount got deducted.
ICICI bank customer care said they can't block any transactions from this site because they are not bothered as it is not their money. Finally I had change my ICICI debit card for which ICICI bank levied charges.
I raised the issue with myItReturn.com multiple times and they did not respond back. They just gave me a ticket number(#526855) and till date they have not take the responsibility of refunding the same.
Finally I had to apply for a new ICICI debit card to change.
As this related to financial transactions on my bank account. I am not able to share the snap shot for obvious reasons.
