I have initiated their assisted service on 28-July and till today i.e. 16-July, i still didnt get any response from them regarding suggestion or total tax i need to pay.
Until i paid Rs.3k to them through UPI, they were regular and were communicating to me through their chat window and via telephonic call. But after the payment all the response i get is " We are working on your case". Please note this is happening for more than 2 weeks irrespective of my follow up every 2 days.
Conclusion, they will treat you as a king of their kingdom until you pay the fees. Once the payment is complete, you are their slave. Despite repeated communication and follow up, all you get is "we are working on your case"
Better find a friend with experiance on this or CA in your inner circle to best take advice on tax matters.
My sincere advice is to not trust this platform
