After making the payment for tax filing, the status of my tax return showed- in review by system. I kept waiting for minutes and hours and even after a day- its still not fixed. Now its asking me to contact support which I had already done. There is no human available for chat or call, I submitted two requests at their site. No response so far. In second request I asked for money refund- no response. What kind system is this which takes a day to check and why it happening after making payment?
See the email attached. Their auto reply comes after 5 days and ticket closed after auto reply.
