After nearly a decade of using MyITReturn, with at best a spotty track record, this year I hit a slew of problems, with IMPORTANTLY no one to reach and no response to my queries. My and my wife's tax returns were screwed up so bad, I now have to run around fixing it myself They don't call back or even respond to emails or their "new" WhatsApp site. I'm at a wits end, and have told them so, yet they have never reverted. It's frustrating to see such pathetic service.
