I am a gold loan customer since 2015, and when I want to close my gold loan in 2017I face big problem, At present I am living in United States for my job and I sent to my wife at branch office in Delhi with my id proof, but they refused to release the gold.They refer their terms and condition for release my Gold.
when I take money from them, I have read all the terms and condition except small letters condition which was marked by small stars.when we call the customer care their answer is very predictable and like computerized version.
I am unable to come India right now only for release the gold and we need our gold in emergency.I am really frustrated these type of finance company and their customer care people, who appointed for help the customer, but nobody solve your problem.
