I have bought morphy richards select 600 from crome retail chain , we were very happy but when its comes to product quality it is very bad , it was faulty product delivered by morphy , complained done by me but no response from the company , they said we will responsible only for service in warrenty , faulty product must be replace but no one listened, I have done so many complained to company but no solution , I have to done my level best but no response , now I have stopped buying product of this company .this is a pethetic company with pethetic product , aftersales service is also very bad , it is very sad from the company like morphy , I came to know their engineer that it is demo product which is sold to u .so sad.
