We purchased Morphy Richards hand blender, we were satisfied that we bought a good product at good price from air force canteen, which worked well for a week or so and suddenly one day it stopped working.
I called up customer care who told me to visit Morphy richards service centre, which I did not find so I took it to the local mechanic for home appliances and I do not why he could not open it to find the problem.
Since then it is resting in a corner of our kitchen and we are planning to buy a good and truly durable hand blender but time NO Murphy Richards for sure!
