I bought this mixer grinder and within the time of warranty I had to get the blades changed thrice. After the third time I told the company to replace my jar because within 1 year if it has broken down thrice then it will keep troubling me after the warranty is over.
The company agreed but the technician who came to replace my jar was not ready to leave the jar with out me paying for it. He argued a lot. When I showed in the mail and commitment from company side he called up the owner of the service centre who also told me that I need to pay. I refuse to pay because I had a word from the company. The owner of the service centre literally abused me and called me a beggar.
I complained to the company that
he did not change my jar.
he called me a beggar and abused me, a customer.
I am a lady, how dare he speak to a lady like that.
But the company did nothing.
