if salary and career growth ARE NOT YOUR CONCERNS you can join this company with your eyes shut. The only strength of this company is bank guarantee. Every employee has to write a bond for 3 years and give a bank guarantee for 1 lakh rupees. If the employee leaves the company within this 3 years the company will claim 1 lakh from the bank.
Moldtek has Mechanical Engineering Services & Civil Engineering Department. 99% of the employees of Moldtek Technologies are mechanical engineers forced to work on civil structures (blackmailer with bank guarantee).
Still if you want to join the company, while signing the service agreement please read all the clauses & strike off the blank spaces before signing in the agreement, since we have cases where the company has written additional rules in the blank spaces & blackmailed employees.
Even-though if you successfully complete your 3 years and resign, they wont relieve you as the relieving policies will instantly change and the notice period will be increased until you loose your offer in your next company. Finally you will get your a bullshit relieving letter which you can't even show to any one & you cant even get a job by claiming the experience quoted in that letter.
