I joined in Moldtek as Trainee Engineer for civil Divison in the year 2014. I got infused into organization through campus hiring. Moldtek is the place for cross cultural work environment which can be useful for trainee resources to grow behaviorally and technically. we really enjoyed the three months technical Class room training and behavioral training programs such as Team building games and Emotional Intelligence training which is useful for any trainee resources for acclimatizing in any work environment.
One more important thing what I observed in moldtek is average length of service is 5 years, what else is required for any resource to join this organization.
