I bought Mitsubishi Air Conditioner last summer to escape the Chennai heat. But I am not satisfied with the performance of this AC.
Mitsubishi doesn't provide enough service and support. First they came to install this AC and gave me a demo but after that they didn't come even after I called them several times.
The AC provided good cooling initially, but its cooling effect continued to slow down after two months and it started to make some rumbling sound often.
This AC is not reliable and I doubt whether it will last till next summer.
This is not worth for our money, instead I would suggest Samsung or LG .
