I bought a copper water bottle on 2nd December 2024. within 15 days of use the bottle developed huge green deposits around the mouth outside and visible pits and crevices are seen on bottle. After lot of attempts and phones and one month bottle was picked by Hamilton the company. But my claim rejected and same bottle sent in highly arrogant and illogical manner. The bottle has several puts and scratches all around its neck. The cap also does not sit straight and moves and difficult to screw it
Third class quality and product. Every body has copper utensils in homes which are decades old. Neither they develop pits nor green deposits. The bottle looks ugly and bad for hygiene. Compnay has refused any action. The response time is months .Compnay ahs zero sense of customer service
