Worst service review against brodband service. Microscan private limited
I recently subscribed to Microscan Private Limited's broadband service, and I must say that it has been an absolutely horrendous experience. I have never encountered such poor service and incompetence from a company before. Here are the reasons why I consider Microscan Private Limited to provide the worst broadband service:
Unreliable Internet Connection: The internet connection provided by Microscan Private Limited is incredibly unreliable. I constantly experience frequent disconnections and slow speeds, even though I have paid for a high-speed package. This makes it nearly impossible to carry out basic online activities such as browsing, streaming, or even checking emails.
Poor Customer Support: Dealing with their customer support team has been an absolute nightmare.
