I have been using Micromax Canvas Juice A77 for more than 2 weeks now and would like to tell you about Micromax Company, I chose Micromax Company as It is well known and used by everyone and has a great reputation all over the world,
It is one of the most trusted brands of every country but unfortunately my experience has been not so good and would like to share with you so that you can make a rational decision. First, this phone is expensive as compared to other competitor’s products and the features/specifications is not worth that price.
The sound quality is poor and the screen quality is also not very great, the system sometimes hangs which is very disappointing as the price is very high and the product is not upto the mark. The customer service is also very poor, I tried to contact the customer service and I was unable to talk to them and get it repaired, and I am stuck with this phone for very long time now. I am not happy using this product and I would definitely not recommend anyone, there are several other companies that are offering same product at lesser price with other great services, Go for them.
