I have been using Mi Band for the last few months. I must say that it is worth the price. You can use it for tracking your steps and sleep. The only drawback is that it does not have any digital display.
Pros and Cons - it monitors your sleep really well and tells you when you were in deep sleep and in total how many hours you slept. The only flip- slide is that if you get awake in between amd then again go to sleep then it would count those hours in your sleep hours.
Battery life is good. If you charge it to full then it can easily work for a week
