MessageBird's billing system is confusing, and I've been charged for services I didn't use or understand. The transparency needs improvement. This is a major concern for the people using this application as I have been charged more money for the services that I have not even opted for. It's best you avoid using this tool as there are major issues with it. Please do not subscribe to this application as it's not the best for business communication.
