Had horrible experience with them, not once but twice.they would take the booking very politely.but thats where it ends.
The drivers they send are most indecent, like gundas.they come late, dont receive your calls .even if you manage to reach your destination on time.
They will demand very high rates aprox double than others.if you argue the driver starts misbehaving .theres no complains department of meru.if youcall at the callcenter, they either keep your call on hold for several min. and then disconnect or their response is "sorry cant help".they are thugs and cheaters.if you want to reach on time, and pay reasonable amount without any frustration and unncessary hasles.AVOID THEM
