Meru cabs is losing its charm and value to other cab services in india, their drivers have gone pathetic and customer support is not much supportive. I have been severely cheated by them twice in 2016 and I no longer find it a reliable service and just can't "Rely On Them". I am not going to book another Meru cab ever for any services, their prices are higher than the competition and they are famous for leaving the customer waiting and stranded by denying the cabs at last.
I hope all meru drivers will slowly move to Ola or Uber and this company is going to go down as its no longer innovative and customer focused.
