They are useless pathetic.
I ordered a product and they confirm the order and later changed the product on their own.
Later after 5 days they cancelled the product saying no stock.
Again ordered and they change the product on their own.They Offer some E Cash points to lure the customers but actually useless pathetic.Their is no option on their site to cancel the order.THEY CHANGE PRODUCT WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONCURRENCE.Is this a way of working.How will you feel if you order Something in a restaurant and served something else and forced to accept whatever being served.
As for delivery, it says out for delivery and the delivery takes place after 3 days.So what if someone is dependent on a medicine.They are shameless in this manner and not apologitic even it will take years for them to come to a basic level of Online e commerce working.
They should be banned in india
