I have ordered one plus 2 mobile cover, they were not taking order without advance payment, they were showing item would be delivered within 2-3 days. I placed the order they took 15 days to confirm that order cant be delivered, after that I asked for refund
After several followups they said we have refunded it will take another 12-15 days to reflect into account. I dont understand which payment mode in india takes 15 days. Even after 15 days I started following up after 10 days they gave on 7 digit ref id for payment. I think its fake one, they did not mentioned which date from which bank from which mode they made payment. Every followup they keep repeating we have done payment check with your bank.
My Bank(citi) said they cant trace with ref no instead they kept asking ARN no which they failed to give.
