Choosing the matrix sim card for an international travel was most definitely the worst decision I made in the travel planning. Communication gap on the part of operations. Customer care department is slow and not helpful. Delay in activation. Absolutely pathetic services!
I would rather activate international roaming on national phone number rather than going through the agony of purchasing, activating and using Matrix services.
