I applied online for Thailand Dtac Happy Tourist for 30 days.They took 1 day to collect KYC documents and Air Tickets to activate the sim.The Sim worked perfecfly throughout Phuket.Providing proper connectivity even on the islands also.In Cith seam less 5g connection to watch Netflix.I even made calls to India which worked fine.In between also did top for 50 thai Baht from Dtac App

This company is a fraud, I took a sim to singapore in mid jun’23 they said it will be activated in 30min then became 1 hour and 20 hours after being in singapore services are still not working and the guy who provided services has stopped and responding and I have to take services of other provider so money wasted
Recently I travelled to Mauritius and bought their SIM card. I got it activated from Delhi. On landing, the SIM did not work. When I called their executive using Airport wifi he did nothing. The SIM did not work and I had to purchase local SIM. Upon returning I am still running after them for refund. These are cheaters who don't deliver anything but harassment.
This happened in May 2023.

I use the matrix SIM card almost every time I travel outside India and it’s absolutely amazing . It is super convenient to use at restaurants, coffee shops rather than carrying unnecessary cash . It really saves a lot of time . I also feel very safe carrying the card and it has a number of benefits as well . I hv received discounts at shops on this card . The process to re load the card is also very conveniently. I can’t really imagine travelling without the matrix card .

Helpful staff. Most convenient product and cost effective. I use it for most of my travel overseas. Matrix is user-friendly and consistent and contains features that meet my needs
The servicing and costs both are excellent & convenience of picking it right at the airport is great . We traveled to Singapore and it was very handy .
I had recently taken matrix SIM card for New Zealand and would like to share my experience. I am extremely satisfied with the product as the services were way beyond expectations and would recommend this product to everyone.
Another best part was that I got e-sim enabled which meant I didn’t have to carry the physical sim which was another great benefit. Thank you to Matrix team.

Hi, I always use Matrix Sim card product while travelling abroad and have always found it true to its claim of the best product. Fantastic coverage, pricing and easy to get. Customer service is fantastic that too at their Airport counters as well. Recommend to all international travellers.
I had taken sim for Europe trip . It works fantastic and provides good services. As I was in abroad it was necessary for me to stay connected to my kids and family as well as having smooth connectivity for all my meetings.
Overall good service and coverage and prompt action by sales team.
Had some settings issue in my handset but the person at customer care desk gave directions to get it fixed.
On 28th Feb, Kiosk at Mumbai international airport sold the 30 days UK plan as unlimited data, however, it was only 20 gb data plan.I had repeatedly insisted about my unlimited data requirement, The email with the number and plan is received well after landing in London. So, one doesn't know what plan is purchased. It's much cheaper and advisable to buy prepaid sim at Heathrow airport after landing than at Matrix kiosk in Mumbai. My sim is working but with limited data, so it's a rip off. This plan could have been bought at a much lesser price in UK
Plan was sold with false information and nobody from their team is responding now. The outgoing is barred and matrix is not responding. They are selling their plans with unlimited talk time but actually it's not the case so be cautious.
Matrix sim brought from I india was not working when I reached US. They were not bothered to answer my repeated requests. Only sent some mobile numbers which nobody answer.
I paid a hefty sum for a SIM with service in France, as having data is a very basic requirement for being able to get around in a foreign city. Not only was the delivery of the SIM delayed, but the SIM did not work throughout my stay in France.
I finally had to purchase a SIM at the French airport which worked perfectly, and also offered better rates than Matrix.
This is the second time I'm having a problem with Matrix's SIM card simply not working during international travel. I will never again be purchasing any services from this company, and I recommend you save yourself the headache and avoid them too. Every airport will offer a SIM card you can purchase there and it is guaranteed to work better than Matrix AND be cheaper.
Its waste of money using this service.

Please don't buy into their spiel and buy this card. After running through hoops to register our card, both the cards we purchased stopped working! This is despite us checking with customer service on whether there is anything pending. They reverted back only on the last day of our trip and again via email saying it has now been activated!!!! Useless service, unreliable and pathetic after sales !! Don't buy cos you will be stranded
Pls pls stay away..Frauds and adamant customer care .Irresponsible.. and the whole purpose of getting a sim for 4000 plus rupees is not met.
Without even regretting for the inconvenience a guy named Sanjay was just saying your sim is activated.But my issue is internet not working , but as
per plan it is unlimited data. This issue is stopping my wife to connect with us in India as her internet contract is not done.

yes you can file PIL in court and ask for an independent EOW enquery also ask for the same from DOT vigilence follow it with them rgularly
