I must appreciate the support team that works day in and out at Matrix Sims card. I was in somewhere in Europe and was experiencing issues with the network. All it took for me was to email them and give them my friend’s number as an alternate number. I got a call within an hour of that email. This was a first of experience for me. Getting a supoprt team to call you instantly. Then came the second surprise when he took me step by step for rebooting and re-setting the network while on the call. This was really a one of experience of good customer support for me! Thanks team!
