Never in my life have seen such a fraud company. I have been taking connections from them each time I visit Singapore. I ask them for the same plan on my visits. So the third time I took the sim from them, and they told me that it the same plan as before. As usual the network was good and my Internet connection was working.
Suddenly after 4days they disconnected my line without a single notification. I contacted them from Singapore to know what was the issue but there were no reply to the emails. So when I called them once I reached back India, they told me that they does not know the details. After around 2months I got a bill where they charged Rs. 18000/- and that Rs. 14000/- was for Data Usage when I already had the data plan activated as usual as the other trips.
I kept on Calling these people and even mailing them as I needed a clarification for this. And it was only around 5months a lady called me and she was like so rude to me over the phone and demanding the money. When I asked them why they have charged me about the datas when I had the data activated, they told that they never had answers for the same and that the previous executive has already left and it is not possible for them to answer.
These people find opportunities to ROB people. I don't understand how a so called corporate can run business like this!
So basically people who are taking connections from them and giving there credit details to these people(advertise with very cheap plans) be aware of these frauds!
