We had a good experience using a matrix sim in Dubai. Everything was really good from services to voice quality and the time in which we got the sim delivered. We were really impressed with all this. The only issue that we faced was when we got our bill which was for 2960/- rs but was billed 3 days over the travel dates. Honestly we were a bit disappointed but when we called the customer care, they apologized and explained how the billing cycle works and that’s why the billing dates on the bill were 3 days over. Although the billed amount was exactly as per our usage and plans, it was just the dates that got us messed up. Definitely recommending matrix to all my friends J
