I bought a matrix SIM in KIAL airport for Hong Kong. They told that it is pre-activated and will work seamlessly(100min free to India etc.)
Once reached HK, it did not work and I was stuck with no way to contact anyone.
As per their customer service, if it does not work, they expect us to call their customer service from an international destination and request them to resolve any issue:(
Else No refund
Absolutely crap customer service!
