Shocking service. Got 2 sims for Singapore trip for a week. 1 sim had data plan for 1599 INR and other had basic plan.
In a 7 day trip, data did not work for 3 days and that too after I repeatedly had to follow up and remind. This is not indicative of any professionally run company. to top it all I received 2305 INR bill instead of 1599 INR and no one had any hint of any empathy with me for data not working for almost 50% of the time and still charging almost 700+ INR more than agreed.
Writing to the customer care proved entirely useless as the center seem to be run by robots.
Cheaper plans were available in Singapore than the one I got from Matrix.
Advise people to not go for their services. you will be lucky if promised services that you will eventually pay for, are made active on time. go for it if only if you want to try your luck. Bye!
