Worst ever experience, had a prepaid card while touring UK and Europe from India. Worked in UK and France one time. rest all where ever I tried it did not work. Was left stranded when I tried book a cab at 10pm in london. and network was not supported. Had to board all myt luggages in a bus and walk to the hotel., irrespective of PAYING almost 4K for this prepaid. Always got network error.
When contacted my local agent in Chennai, he cooly said. you should have reached out to me if there were issues. I hope he should be in the same situation left with no support and two kids, and 6 baggaes in a street hopung for some support.
