I was midway through with my travel across Europe and my sim card stopped working, more rightly the data stopped working completely. First I thought I must have used all my data and then spent all the remaining money on the data, hence the issue. Anyways, I didn’t want to struggle too much with these thoughts, so I decided to call their customer care, rather I emailed them to call me at the European number. They did, by the ways. Mid way through the conversation, I was told I still had like some 1GB data balance on my number and the issue was because I entered Spain, the network couldn’t connect to the settings. Resetted the phone and data settings, worked absolutely fine after that. I mean I could have done that myself, but we hardly apply our brains on a vacation:P
