I have lost more than Rs 5000/- to Matrix in last 2 years. In 2016 I took sim cards for USA and Canada. Both of them did not work. I lost the money because the amount was directly deducted from my credit card account.
I tried to call the support team of Matrix in India, but they could not help me and I spent another 400 Rs. for calling to their support team from USA and Canada to India on US and Canada telecom. I contacted their agent Ankita Valan from Canada on whats up. She agreed that I am really suffering and confirmed that she would get my money back from the company. On my return to India I gave her all the details of my attempt to contact the support team and my whatsup messages to her. She did try to get my money back but could not succeed due to arrogant replies from the company.
In 2017, I went to Egypt and Dubai with matrix sim cards with the assurance from Ankita that this time I will not have any problem and even she would try to adjust my already lost money of 2016. But this time also the sim cards failed and I was left high and dry. This time also the reply from the company was as if it was my mistake that I selected matrix for this service. I may add that the all agents/ representatives of the company who came in contact with me in these 2 years have left the company.
I may tell you that in 2011 when I went to Europe, the matrix cards worked very well.
Have their services gone down with time.
