I recently bought a sim for my travel to Philippines. The agent came to my office with the plan and gave me the sim. While giving the sim I will be charged as per the plan which is in INR and it includes talktime. Whereas after my trip was completed I was charged three times of the plan and that too in PHP currency.
When I called back the agent and asked him about the currency He initially said its always in INR later when I told him that I am being charged in PHP he completely disagreed to his earlier statement and said its as per the plan and you accepted it before taking.
My mistake that I did not check the invoice before leaving India but on the whole it was a bad experience and I felt cheated. I am not going to refer to suggest Matrix to any of my frequent corporate traveler friends.
