I paid a hefty sum for a SIM with service in France, as having data is a very basic requirement for being able to get around in a foreign city. Not only was the delivery of the SIM delayed, but the SIM did not work throughout my stay in France.
I finally had to purchase a SIM at the French airport which worked perfectly, and also offered better rates than Matrix.
This is the second time I'm having a problem with Matrix's SIM card simply not working during international travel. I will never again be purchasing any services from this company, and I recommend you save yourself the headache and avoid them too. Every airport will offer a SIM card you can purchase there and it is guaranteed to work better than Matrix AND be cheaper.
