I used Matrix internal sim card on a recent trip to UK and I must say that the service is decent, calling rates are pretty low as compares to others in the market. Call quality is good and even internet worked nicely. I took a prepaid number on there online and the SIM was delivered in 2 days and did online recharge most of the times. good experience overall.
Local service is also good. Initially when we got there, the sim card was giving us issues with catching network and despite full signals we couldn’t make calls. So we got in touch with their customer care over a call and explained the constant network trouble we were facing. Rahul(support guy) took us through the process of setting the network manually and emailed the process since it required switching off the phone. We followed the process and waited for him to call back. He did and also the network trouble was resolved.
