Entertaining areas such as gardens and children's sports areas add extra values. However, I think facilities like gym or club house can be further improved. Customer service and employee behavior were professional. They were responsible to questions and directly directed me through paperwork and financial processes. Timely communication is one thing that I have appreciated, although the time of possession could have been slightly fast. Overall, the reality of Mars stands for its value for money, reliable construction and good place. For someone in search of quality housing options yet, this project is definitely considering. While there are small areas of reform, the overall experience has been positive, and I will suggest it to families as well as persons looking for long-term investment.
