Hopefully had I read this previous review, I would have never used this unprofessional car service. Morning 10 am I booked a cab for night 1030 pm for catching a train from Ahmedabad junction. I was given a reference number via SMS.
Exactly at 10pm when I was expecting the cab details, I get a call from them "Sir designated car ka tyre puncture ho gaya hai aur CNG bhi khatam hai"!!!. I argued with him for next few horrible moments and explained him the urgency of my reaching rly stn on time. Needless to say, his answers were as pathetic as his original excuse. One of them being: "Sir main to wahi bata raha hun jo driver bol raha hai" . I finally dropped the phone saying I will lodge a complaint against you. Guess what sms I got from these over smart professionals 'Your request for cancellation of cab has been accepted. Your reference number is XXX"!!!.
I rushed out to catch an auto with all the luggage at these late hours and my well planned journey to the stn became a fiasco.
Any member from this "premier cab service" please reply this:
How much time do you take to replace a tyre.
How much time to refill CNG (leave alone the planning aspects of fuel)
Even if you started all this when u called me (1000pm), still the cab cud have reached pickup point by 1030pm.
And finally, what did that final SMS mean : 'Your request for cancellation of cab has been accepted. Your reference number is XXX"!!!!
