Manan Cab

I booked a Manan Cab to go to the airport and told them that I would confirm the time. But, after making so many calls could never get in touch with the Company. The listed mobile numbers are coming as non-existent and the land line numbers are alway coming as busy. How can I trust a company when it is so difficult to get in touch with them. Don't recommend others to use this company's service because of the risk of not able to contact when needed.

I used Manan Cabs for 3-4 times, but after my last experience I am sure I am never going to trust them or ever use them.

Once I was traveling after 11 in night, there was waiting time of 10 mins, and travel time of 30 mins, God knows with what calculation driver put some package and charged me Rs 700 instead of normal price of Rs 400 , and when I called them they talk very softly, and say they will get back to me, and after 5 times, nobody ever gets back to me.

Ultimately in last call they agreed their mistake and said driver will come to return the money, but after 15 days nobody has come. I am treating it as lesson learned. Never trust these people.

Hopefully had I read this previous review, I would have never used this unprofessional car service. Morning 10 am I booked a cab for night 1030 pm for catching a train from Ahmedabad junction. I was given a reference number via SMS.

Exactly at 10pm when I was expecting the cab details, I get a call from them "Sir designated car ka tyre puncture ho gaya hai aur CNG bhi khatam hai"!!!. I argued with him for next few horrible moments and explained him the urgency of my reaching rly stn on time. Needless to say, his answers were as pathetic as his original excuse. One of them being: "Sir main to wahi bata raha hun jo driver bol raha hai" . I finally dropped the phone saying I will lodge a complaint against you. Guess what sms I got from these over smart professionals 'Your request for cancellation of cab has been accepted. Your reference number is XXX"!!!.

I rushed out to catch an auto with all the luggage at these late hours and my well planned journey to the stn became a fiasco.

Any member from this "premier cab service" please reply this:

How much time do you take to replace a tyre.

How much time to refill CNG (leave alone the planning aspects of fuel)

Even if you started all this when u called me (1000pm), still the cab cud have reached pickup point by 1030pm.

And finally, what did that final SMS mean : 'Your request for cancellation of cab has been accepted. Your reference number is XXX"!!!!

We thought Manan Wings Radio Cab was one of the trusted cab operators in Ahmedabad. We rented Manan Wings Radio Cab- Ahmedabad for May 18 2012 8:45 am, by calling on their nos. +919998990660 / +91794074007. They gave the reference no. RAM1315. It was a very important day for us due to auto strike in Ahmedabad.

We were told to come on time on the designated place or we will be charged extra for which we told, we were on emergency so question of coming late does not arise. We reached on the location, where we had called the CAB.

There was no trace of it.

As we wanted to reach on time to our designated location, we frantically called the Cab nos. so many times, but the just would not pick up our call. Then after waiting for 45 minutes, we had to hail a private local taxi for double the rates. Then just look at them, they have the guts to call up at 11:45 and told us that our booking has been cancelled.

Is this a joke?

Are they doing business for customer satisfaction?

So, please I would suggest everybody not to ever call this Manan Radio Cab Service, else you would lose your time and money and mental torture as well.
