To M/S.SAMSUNG (HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS) CHENNAI. Dear Sub:-Set Serial No.NS10257W MODEL SW70X11G/XTL I would like to bring to yor kind notice that my washing machine was not working due to the outlet water was not draining out properly.
So we called your office and they send a technician to rectify the same. The technician visited our house and checked the machine and informed us that the valve of the outlet water is not opening properly and the motor also was not working you have to change the motor.
We are also agreed under the impression that after changing the motor the machine will work properly and we changed the motor on 3.3.09 vide your recipt NO.27477 /3.3.07.But unfortunately till today the machine is not working properly infact the machine was much better before your engineers visit to my house.
He seem to have created more trouble to my machine where the water is draining from beneath my machine and this causes a huge hazard since I got electrocuted mildly several times while operating the machine. Sir I would like to inform you that I have a one month old baby at home and you can imagine the number times I will have to wash clothes in a day and this is the condition of my machine after your engineers visit to my home.
I have been following up with your call center for almost a month now please refer my complaint id number.8402003909.I will wait until Monday for your engineer to come and rectify the problem if not I will have to buy new machine for which you will have to bear the expenses for traumatizing me like this and creating health problems and the mental agony that I have gone through so far.
