MagicBricks Property App claims that it's India's number one property app. But it's performance is not that good to make it the best property app. The information provided by the builders / Agent are not 100% true. For instance the rates, amenities, location, water supply etc are sometimes false provided by the agent /owner /builder. I have once experienced this. And they also share your details with the agents and builders and they always call you and disturb
