Hi All,
Recently I have shopped on Macroman India and ordered briefs.
Somehow the briefs sent were of wrong size.
I requested them to replace, but they are refusing to replace.
Even the item is not opened and not used. This is absurd from online shopping perspective.
Support is not in mood to provide replacement and they are like once item delivered no way replacement provided
except defects.
I don't recommend buying from them, as their replacement policy is useless.
