Review On LVS Builders and Developers, Bangalore

I have a review of LVS apartments, construction quality is good no cracks. but the finishing is not upto mark:

1. Tiles in living and bathroom are not evenly placed. the slopes are random.

   
   




2. you have to keep requesting the security person to switch on the lift.

   
   




3. bathroom fittings are of low grade. though it shows name of Jaquar and so. but the tap fittings get loosen too often and the company logo falls of . so I doubt it originality.

   
   




4. no Sync with construction team. apartments are first fitted with water taps, doors, handles etc then at last painting is done. then acid wash to floors.  u can see paint marks that do no go  on doors, handles and water taps.

   
   




5. Lucky residents. NO electricity and water bill yet.

   
   




6. Security guys are not even trained to assist the vehicle parking . you can park anywhere and everywhere. this needs streamline.

   
   

I wish all the above gets fixed as soon as possible as promised by builder since many months.

overall review is good and can improve.
