Have been using this AC from 2 years and havent faced any technical problems though but need to be serviced every 3 months or so.
If not cooling gets reduced and some times water gets leaked through the air flow vents. If you can afford about 2k inr for every 3 months for servicing then you can go for this.
The cooling is very good and even the sound is very less if serviced for every 3 months, if not the sound gets increased. I can give this product a 4.5/5. Hope this helps you.
