The series is based on the movie limitless starring Bradley Cooper in which he takes a drug called NZT which allows him to use his brain 100% and finally become a senator. The series just picks up from here when as a senator he hires a person named Brian Finch to use NZT and work for FBI. Brian does wonders while on this drug and solves the cases very easily.
The series initially looks promising but subsequently loses its vigor due to unnecessary comedy and twists. Many parts of the cases seems to be copied from fringe tv series. The series lacks freshness and originality.
